REFUNDS
Romy June does not offer refunds. If you do have a problem with the item’s design or simply you don’t like the way it fits we must be notified within 5 days of purchase. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Please note, Romy June does not cover shipping costs for change of mind items.
FAULTS OR DISCREPENCIES
We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or sizing issues within 5 days of receiving. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via [email protected] where upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund or replacement. Please make special note of the 5 day timeframe.
